What can I expect from the event?

The duration of the show is approximately 90 minutes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still can’t find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Date or time changes are possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled performance. If you wish to make a change, please contact us with your ticket ID (What is a ticket ID?). Refunds are not allowed unless required by law. Changes, cancellations, and refunds are not possible on the day of the performance.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
You must arrive at the time indicated; late entry will not be permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets, including guide dogs, are not allowed.
Is the venue accessible?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be accommodated in an accessible venue. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Items that may harm the performance are prohibited.
Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking is prohibited during the performance (9:00 PM - 11:00 PM) but allowed afterward.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Unfortunately, no carer tickets are available for this event.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be accommodated for deaf and visually impaired people. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This experience can be enjoyed while seated, and seating will be provided for all visitors.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photography, including filming from your mobile phone, is not allowed. We appreciate your understanding.
Is a coat check available?
The locker rooms located within the ticket office are always available for use. The usage fee is categorized by the locker size: 3,000 KRW / 5,000 KRW / 10,000 KRW.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience is available for individuals aged 19 and above.
Will there be an audio guide?
This experience does not include an audio guide.
